How do I Register?

Registration is simple. Either contact via phone or download the printable Registration Form, fill out the details and mail or fax the document to us.

• Register by phone - Registration by phone is quick and easy! Just call our office at 1-888-578-5545 or +1 (250) 381-830 and ask for Sarah Hammond or Nicola Hessels.
• Register by Mail or Fax - Click here to download a copy of our printable registration form. Fill out your details and fax or mail the form to us. Contact details are included in the document!

Confirmation

A confirmation email, along with an invoice/receipt, will be mailed to you 2-3 working days after we have received your registration.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed attendees who cancel their registration before May 10, 2010 will be entitled to 100% of their registration fee. After May 10 they will be entitled to 50%, and after June 1, 2010 confirmed attendees will forfeit their registration fee.
